go to www.zdnet.com > downloads > search for adaware by lavasoft (it's free) and
download. Then run it - you probably have lots of spyware running. Then get NOADS
free there also. That will stop pop ups. www.zonealarm.com has a free version of
firewall that will keep the gray box ads down - but you've got to clean your machine
before it can work. Good luck and make sure you're running current virus definitions.
