Problem with Windows starting up Wednesday, October 1, 2003 at 6:40 am Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Benith (6 messages posted) Everytime I start my computer it either freezes at the boot screen, or it'll send me to a screen where it tells me that there was a power failure or I didn't shut down my computer correctly. When I select "Start Windows Normally" or any other option it'll restart the computer all over again. It's been happening for over a week and I can't do a system restore because there are no checkpoints in the calendar.
