I've had the same experience with Creative. Solid hardware with fair drivers and
lousy tech support. To be fair though, Dell may alter the driver / app package that
Creative OEM'd them. I haven't pursued this with Dell yet because I was only playing
around with the Audigy software & mostly don't care if the bundled stuff works or
not as long as the apps that use the hardware work properly. If I run across an answer,
I'll certainly update this thread though.
