I had the exact same problem. After I played with the Audigy 2 software, the next time, on start-up, the Systems32 folder kept popping up. Nothing that I that I did worked until I came across the solution here yesterday. I ran msconfig and unchecked the L:/ENG . . . item and problem solved. I also have a Dell that is only 3 months old with Win XP pro installed. Thanks, again. I never would have found this solution without this website. John P.
