I run Windows XP pro and Office XP, all of the sudden Outlook refused to start without
sitting and waiting for the Windows Installer box to close, it usually takes about
4 minutes. I get full functionality except I have recently discovered I now can't
run the on-line Office Update the error message suggests there is a 'problem' with
a windows installer file. No one seems to be able to offer any solution!!
