Hmmm. My SpyBot removes things, and mine's free.
If you don't have a firewall, you should get one or maybe use the one built-in to
XP. Some spam comes through the Messenger Service, not through the browser. A firewall
should stop it, or you can disable the Messenger Service.
I.E. is a browser. I use I.E., but I also have the free PopupStopper.
I don't get any popups.
