I guess you are serious. Browser is short for Web Browser. It's the program you
use to browse the web, visit web sites, etc.
Internet Explorer is pretty good but it no doubt has some security holes, and it's
the target of most of the malicious perverts that try to cause trouble on the internet.
You may be safer using another one. I've heard that Mozilla, Netscape, and Opera
are good browsers. You would probably have less trouble with viruses, trojans, etc.,
if you used one of these instead of I.E.
