Unfortunately, I'm searching this page well after the problem is probably gone, but
I too have this problem and am looking for an answer.
Did you logon to the windows installation as an Admin? If you didn't get a password
at the beginning of the recovery console, type LOGON, and it should prompt you. Try
the Copy command after that.
