All other things being equal, XP does a time check with an internet time server once 
a week.

As Ricer46 inquired, how's that time zone set?  There are two Eastern time zones; 
I think parts of Indiana either don't participate in DST or calculate it differently 
or something! ;-)

You'll probably want to check the box for it to automatically adjust for Daylight 
Savings Time.
