I bought an OEM version of Windows XP Home Edition and when installing the OS, I get an error that says ql12160.sys is corrupted. Does this mean the disc I am using is corrupted and unusable or do I have to change my BIOS settings? Please help, I've called Microsoft and they want $35 to help me because its an OEM version. Thanks.
