Not that I know of....sysprep.exe, setupcl.exe, oformat.com. cvtarea.exe, factory.exe...those 
are the functional sysprep files.

I just searched this system, it has one dated 8/17/2001 in the system32\dllcache 
folder, here's the file info:  Miniport Driver for QLogic ISP PCI Adapters

Only thing I can think of is that his mobo has a QLogic chip on it and XP wants this 
driver but can't seem to get it off the CDROM.
