He wasn't all that specific, but if the error occured during the early file copy 
phase, I'd have to be thinking a flaw in the media, dust in the CDROM drive, a fingerprint 
smudge, etc etc.

If it occured during the Teletubby GUI installing drivers phase, I'd have to be thinking 
maybe this thing does need a BIOS update, since we are talking about a driver for 
a board-level function, a PCI miniport driver.
