GREAT!!!! Your are the best man. Solved my D-Link DFE-530TX+ 10/100 NIC. DId as you
said ...wasn't sure what to do under the "Permissions for Administrators' window....as
you didn't actually state. I guessed I was to put a check mark in "Full Control".
I still had the NIC installed, opened Device Manager right clicked on the icon for
the NIC and clicked on "Scan for hardware changes" and before my eyes the card installed.

First I have to e-mail this to D-link...as their tech support couldn't help with
this one.
