IMHO, you are asking for trouble. Especially with 2 partitions and OS' already on the drive. Changing the drive format for just XP might not be too bad, but odds are that neither OS will be happy if you alter the space they are on. Especially the OS on the second partition. It would probably be about as quick (changing partitions with the OS loaded can take hours for Partition Magic) and a lot safer and more stable to wipe the drive and partition it the way you want BEFORE loading multiple OS'.
