I did a one-time search for devmgmt.msc (once I knew what to look for). From there it was merely a question of where I wanted to drag a shortcut, be it Start Menu, Quick Launch, Desktop, what have you. My preference is the Start Menu. Half the time I use my laptop (no Windows key), and since I can't stand the laptop "mouse," I just do the Esc+Ctrl followed by the character I've designated to Device Manager. I do have a question. Since it's the same end result, does it matter if under Target you've got "%SystemRoot%" as opposed to "C:\Windows"?
