Windows XP searches will by default search through ZIP files. This will take a very
long time for lots of zip files. Run this command to turn off searching through
ZIP files:
regsvr32 /u zipfldr.dll
This will turn it back on:
regsvr32 zipfldr.dll
I have created a couple of batch commands to quickly turn off and on this process.
