I tried to delete it, no joy. So I had to change HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root\LEGACY_RPCSS\0000\CSConfigFlags variable from 1 to 0. Hope this helps. God Rocks!
