it's easy as pie on fat 32 start up with a win 98 boot disk even though i have xp
either way start it up and when you get to command promt A: just type C: then enter
then type : copy ( then the file bath using back slashes of the file youre gonna
use ) then a space the file path of where you want it and then hit enter ...take
boot disk out and restart bingo its done i used resource hacker on explorer and did
this several times for example when i got the command promt c: i typed
C: copy C:\explorer.exe C:\windows
et voila !
