That trick works with any other program that can access the files, even DOS prompt,
but only in some cases because explorer.exe appearently does not take a look very
often at the handlers table in RAM to figure out that the file is nolonger in use,
BUT when a program crashes or it is forced to close and really leaves the handle
opend to a file FORGET IT 'cos there is no way to force XP to delete the damn file.
You have to restart and thus reset the handler table. This is a very annoying BUG
in Windows. The OS should check what process locks the file, inform the user, and
if the process is no longer active override the handler and permid access to the
file. Billy is the one we should write to...damn...
