Answer to how do I get rid of this win xp setup when I start my computer after uninstalling windows xp?

Simple : I think you windows xp installation cd still in the CPU. Remove it and it will start normally. So basically you must remove the cd after the second boot or after the copying activities end. This is what happened to me back then and at last I have configured it by myself by actually take out the cd. Hopes this helps.
