Usually /i386/wnnt.exe resides in the installation cd. Maybe you should run again the winxp installation and overwrite and then install the win2000pro again and overwrite the old ones. BACKUP your files before you do that. And if this cannot help you, then, there are many other posts before that could help you. Try to take a look at theirs.
