1 uninstall any third party firewalls
2 download and install sun java
3 register the nine files from article 813444,support.microsoft.com
4 delete cookies files history and downloaded program files,set security and privacy
to medium,make sure no proxy settings in lan settings.
5 test safe mode with networking
6 create and test a new user account
