I'm having this problem, but I'm worried about deleting stuff in the registry. I'm not totally clear what he means by deleting the subkeys. Does he mean deleting the stuff in the right window pane when the BagMRU key is selected? Or does he mean delete everything underneath BagMRU (when you hit the plus sign) in the left pane? Or both?
