Make sure you have both computers working in the same workgroup. In Win 98, when you right click on the NetNeighborhood choose properties. Choose the File and Print sharing tab in the middle and check both those boxes (i.e i want to give others access to my files). In the Identification tab, mak esure yoru workgroup name is in there. Are you using a Router for this home network? In the access control tab choose user level access with your workgroup name listed.
