You made me look for a way, and I found it (!).

Go to Run, type: regedit




On the left, navigate to: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\lnkfile


On the right, right click and choose New > String Value. Name the new string: TileInfo You have to restart explorer (log off and back on) for the change to take effect. It will effect all users.
