I tried this fix by downloading, installing and running, as well as paying for, the Hijack Blaster. It didn't work! But I found something called "hijackthis" which downloaded in seconds and cleaned out my files in a snap. If you go to your Web options, go to homepage options and click on default, you'll see the numbers for the website you've been hijacked to. Write those down. then, when you run hijack this, look for those same numbers on the list, mark the box next to them, and delete. I found those numbers if five separate entries. It worked!
