re: format of C drive under XP Thursday, December 11, 2003 at 7:52 am Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by noah (5 messages posted) doesn't it have i option under control panel/administration tools/computer management/storage/disk management? to simplify, if you go under control panel. open administration tools. open computer management and goto disk management. isn't there an option there where you can reformat your drive? or is it your main drive, like your c drive? if it's your main drive which windows is under. then just reinstall windows and click format c drive and then install. it's best to not quick format if your having problems that you can't just simply reinstall to fix. and then click ntfs to format it under. if that doesn't help ya, i don't know what will.
