It began to happen after the latest security upgrade from microsoft. I still get the Norton Antivirus an internet firewall icons each time I boot up but all the other ones disappeared. some of them come back once in a while but it is very erratic. They show up in the customize notifications as past items but are still running. Sure would like to find a fix.
