Jeff's reply was not too kind, and only shows he did not look closely at the thread.
I doubt that you will ever have a need of Microsoft.net framework. If you download,
it you will take up 21MB of disk space for a program that you will never use.
The best solution is to download only the mscoree.dll file as noted by others, and
then install it in either window\system, or the folder that is generating the error
(.......\Intel 32)
