I am having the same problems with an almost identical system. (I am using the onboard
video and sound.) I have
re-loaded Windows XP at least 6 times and downloaded the most recent driver upgrades
and bios version (1007) from ASUS. The system still re-boots randomly and/or hangs
up.
Please let me know if anyone has a solution!
