If you are as annoyed as me when you click on the Windows Explorer link it opens
up with My Documents expanded when all I want is my c:\ drive. Adding c:\ to the
end of the shortcut target like this %SystemRoot%\explorer.exe c:\ lets me avoid
this lame annoying issue for a guy like me who gets tired of unexpanding My Documents
(especially now that so many software companies are throwing directories into MD)
just to see what's below. Hope this helps. BTW, this of course does not work with
the link for My Computer. Which is lame anyway, there's those that use MC and those
who eschew it. The only nice thing about MC is right-clicking|properties gets you
into System settings.
