a) Why Oh Why would you want to install WinME...?!
    The worst MS incarnation ever...!  LOL....

b) You can format the hard drive with a WinME or
Win98 boot disk  , using FDISK , delete the Non-DOS
partition (the NTFS one) , then recreate a new
partition and format as usual...

c) You can use the WinXP disk to reformat the drive ,
and format it using FAT32 - this choice is available
using the XP disk as well...
