when u turn ur computer on go to control panel switch to classic view, then go to
admin. tools, then in there go to services, after that u can go to Remote procedure
call right click on that and put properties i think u go to recovery but its one
of those tabs at the top...anyways it will say restart the computer click on that
and put take no action. this will stop it from shutting down. i was told to go to
symantec.com and download the worm32 anti virus thing download it then it will take
u to a patch for the computers protection. but ill warn u my computer is messed up
ever since so it will only make things less frustrating
