your friend has no idea what he's talking about, you don't get rewarded with a faster
download by uploading more, no one is keeping track of your uploads and going 'oh
this guy uploads alot, lets make his downloads faster.' and you're a fool for believing
him. Seconldy bluetooth has nothing to do with downloading, bluetooth has a range
of about 15 feet and it's used in the same sense as a cordless phone or the remote
control for your tv, different technolgy but same idea, limited range wireless connection
for connecting devices. You can't use bluetooth to download off the internet unless
you're using a bluetooth enable pocket pc synced to a bluetooth enabled computer
for example. So, your dilemma makes no sense the way you described it.
