He doesn't know what he is talking about, that's why. Your problem might just be
that your d/l sources are slow and not your hardware/configuration. I am not that
familiar with BT but others such as emule often are affected by how much you are
uploading, statistics are kept and you are scored, it depends on how others filter
people in their queue. It can take days to work up the queue and get a decent dl
speed. Try a bandwidth test with no other apps running to get a ballpark idea of
where you stand and hopefully rule out a system problem. BTW some isps block commonly
