i dont know about the factory setting i will look around for a reset i have tryed
to hold the start button down and hit the feed but nothing.i also have tryed the
cartrige replacment procedure the only time the light stops flashing is when i take
the cartriges out i also tryed to put one in at a time but the light starts again.when
the light is flashing i can do eny thing at all so no i didnt do eny print head cleaning.thanks
