Are you behind a firewall, router or hub? Also, Where your phones plug into the wall
check to see if there is a little plastic filter plugged in to the jack then your
phone will be plugged into that. If there is one on every phone you are good to go.
If there is one plugged into the jack with the modem, then unplug it.
