start by removing zone alarm completely

right click my computer and left manage and left
device manager

look for yellow or reds and uninstall those device,right click and choose uninstall 
and reboot.

check the ip address

cmd ,ok
ipconfig
ipaddress

try ipconfig /release
ipconfig  /renew

reset the router and wait thirty seconds and plug it back in.

disable xp firewall if enabled and try again.
