web cams Saturday, January 17, 2004 at 11:13 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by watcher2 (60 messages posted) I am having difficulty in aquireing decent frame rates with a logitech web cam, I am runnin it on a 1.7Ghz AMD @ 256Mb ram. The video card is a radeon 7000Ve, could this be the problem as I understand this is not much of a video card as such. Or is there a windows problem, all of the latest drivers are installed for Cam and WinXP, can any one offer assistance please.
