Look in Task Manager see how many instances of
iexplore.exe are running or if you have ieplore.exe or
iepiore.exe showing. If any of the 3 cases exist end process
then run an updated AVscan and download, immediately update, and run:
SpyBot Search & Destroy
and Ad-aware
shutdown IE and run both, if you get a large number of instances run both
a second time.
