I have a question about Replace the Ugly Startup and Shutdown Screens:

I did wat u said but i didnt backup my files and i forgot to change the bitmap to 24 bitmap colour and now everytime i start up my computer it restarts, can some1 please help me, i need my computer fixed ASAP. Thanx.
