The registry edit will change the name in the system properties window. But the folder in the Documents and Settings that also has the name of the registered owner is another story. I will look some more for you. XP Home edition is a little different in this area than XP pro from what I read at Microsoft Knowledge base. I hate having my name plastered all over the puter, so when ever I do a install I Use the Name"User" and leave the registration blank.
