Explosions every time a page loads in IE Sunday, January 18, 2004 at 8:30 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by stevenjs (2 messages posted) Greetings, all, nice to find this forum, just in time for a very peculiar thing which suddenly cropped up now that I've installed XP. Everytime a page loads in IE 6.0, I get one or several explosion sounds, sometime a whole barrage of them. I have scoured every nook and cranny of settings, particulary "sounds and audio devices" and cannot find a way to "make peace" with my browser. Does anyone know how to stop the war? Thanks.
