I can only access windows in safe mode, and when i restart the computer a pending process always appears called "Sample" that is terminated before the reboot. Don't know if this has anything to do with the problem but i thought it was strange. I'm suspecting of some kind of virus but Norton AV doesn't detect it even with the lastest updates.
