When she tries to start Internet Explorer or AIM, she cannot access the internet. IE displays an error window (which will not close) that says the program cannot run because it cannot find sporder.dll. IE also tries to find a www.incredifind.com which she has never heard of. I can't post the exact error message for a few hours because she is in class, but if you know of anything that might work, please help.
