To get realsched.exe off your startups for good...
Click Start, and then click Run. (The Run dialog box appears.)
Type regedit
then click OK. (The Registry Editor opens.)
Navigate to the key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
In the right pane, delete any values that refer to realsched.exe, and any other app
that you don't want running at startup. This reg folder is for startup items only,
you will still be able to load and run these programs effectively.
Hope this helps.
