None of this crap works, but i think i know why.
M$ has the rule... just let them use our software,
our rules, and our file-formats, otherwise make it
uncompatible. Well then just edit your wallpaper and
save it as BMP and all your problems will be solved.
This does not makes us happy right ?
Didn't tested it with JPG-images, but anyway, if your
wallpaper is in PNG you can do whatever you want,
but you WON'T get transparancy.
