A Runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to Debug?

I keep getting this pop-up error from IE 6.x on Windows/XP Pro on different pages that says "A Runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to debug? Line: 554 Error: Object required". I have no idea why this happens - it seems isolated to one machine (laptop) I use. At first I thought it might be due to something that Spybot Search & Destroy might have done, but I removed the blocks and it still happens. Anyone run into this annoying annoyance? :) Thanks.
