I folowed ur advice and went to services to check if PnP is running. It is running (Atuo mode) but iam unable to stopt/start it .. all buttons are disabled. FYI I was logged in as admin. Is ur solution only for XP ? doesnt apply to 2Kpro ? Any thing else u can think of. I have been sitting on this for a week now and am mighty pissed off ! Any help would be appreciated.
