System 32 box on startup and popups in IExplorer Saturday, February 7, 2004 at 9:14 am Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by C J (5 messages posted) I know I had the trojan virus and I have inocculated it, however, every time I start my computer I get the System 32 box (saying these files are hidden) and several IExplorer windows pop up.
